Welcome to the Metabolic Health Mastery™ (“Program”), offered by Tri-State Integrative Health, LLC DBA SweetLife Diabetes Health Centers and Dr. Brian Mowll (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Program.

1. Program Access

Upon successful purchase, you will be granted access to the Program, which includes digital content, materials, resources, and other associated content.
Access to the Program is personal, non-transferable, and intended solely for the purchaser’s use. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing Program materials is strictly prohibited.

2. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and downloadable nature of the Program, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. No Chargebacks Policy

You agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback with your credit card company, payment provider, or financial institution after purchasing the Program.
If a chargeback is initiated after access to the Program has been granted:
- Your access to the Program will be immediately revoked.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover funds, along with any associated fees, including but not limited to administrative costs and attorney’s fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the sole property of Tri-State Integrative Health, LLC DBA SweetLife Diabetes Health Centers and Dr. Brian Mowll.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Program without prior written consent.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Program and its materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or unethical behavior may result in termination of access to the Program without refund or recourse.

6. Disclaimers

The Program is intended for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
Results from the Program may vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and adherence to the Program’s guidelines. No guarantees are provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tri-State Integrative Health, LLC DBA SweetLife Diabetes Health Centers and Dr. Brian Mowll will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your participation in the Program.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Program without notice if you violate any of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of materials or initiating a chargeback.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sussex County, Delaware.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
