Thank you for purchasing from Tri-State Integrative Health, LLC DBA SweetLife Diabetes Health Centers and Dr. Brian Mowll (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we process, deliver, and support our digital products and services, as well as our policies regarding refunds, chargebacks, and access. By purchasing our digital programs, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Confirmation and Delivery
a. Order Confirmation
- After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email at the address provided during checkout. This confirmation serves as your receipt and contains important details about your purchase.
b. Program Access
- Access to our digital program, including all materials, resources, and content, will be delivered via email or an online platform. You will receive login credentials and/or a link to access the Program.
- Please ensure that you provide an accurate and active email address to avoid delays in delivery.
c. Delivery Timeline
- Access to the Program is typically granted within 48 hours of successful payment. If you do not receive access within this timeframe, please contact us at office@sweetlifecenters.com.
2. Lifetime Access
a. Definition of Lifetime Access
- Lifetime access to the Program is defined as access to the Program for the duration of its availability as a product offered by Tri-State Integrative Health, LLC DBA SweetLife Diabetes Health Centers and Dr. Brian Mowll.
- Lifetime access does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser. Instead, it refers to the lifecycle of the Program itself.
b. Program Lifecycle
- The lifecycle of the Program is determined at the sole discretion of the company. We reserve the right to discontinue or retire the Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
- If the Program is retired, reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants and provide access to downloadable materials, if applicable, before discontinuation.
c. Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer’s responsibility to download any applicable materials provided in the Program to ensure continued access should the Program be retired.
3. Technical Support
If you experience any issues accessing the Program or using its materials, we offer technical support via email at office@sweetlifecenters.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 72 hours.
4. No Refunds Policy
a. Final Sale
- All sales of our digital programs are final. Once access to the Program has been granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- By purchasing the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy.
b. Why We Have This Policy
- Due to the digital nature of our products, access to the Program cannot be revoked once granted. This ensures the integrity of our offerings and protects our intellectual property.
5. No Chargebacks Policy
a. Agreement Not to Initiate Chargebacks
- By purchasing the Program, you agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback with your payment provider or financial institution for any reason.
- Any chargeback initiated after receiving access to the Program will be considered a breach of this policy.
b. Consequences of Unauthorized Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated:
- Your access to the Program will be immediately revoked.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover funds, along with any associated costs, including legal fees and administrative expenses.
- Your account may be flagged, and future purchases may be restricted.

6. Customer Responsibilities

7. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue portions of the Program or its delivery methods at any time without prior notice. These changes will not affect your previously purchased access unless otherwise stated.
